1.1 Purpose of This Document

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between players ("Users") who use the bangan7 platform ("Service") and bangan7 ("Company"). By accessing the platform, registering an account, or playing games, you are deemed to have accepted all provisions of this Agreement.

Please read and understand these terms before continuing to use the platform. If you disagree with any part, you may leave the platform immediately and stop using our service.

1.2 Amendment of the Agreement

bangan7 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continuing to play after amendments are announced on the platform constitutes acceptance of those amendments. Please check back regularly to read the updated Agreement.

1.3 Service Availability

bangan7's services are designed for players in Myanmar. Availability may vary by country and region. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that playing from their location complies with applicable laws.

2.1 One Account Per Person

Each player may only open and operate one account on bangan7 at a time. If duplicate accounts are found, all such accounts will be suspended and closed, and any balances in those accounts, including bonus funds, will be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Details and Accuracy

Information provided when registering an account must be true, accurate, and complete. If any information is found to be inaccurate, bangan7 may suspend the account and refuse to process withdrawals.

When making a withdrawal, or when requested by the Company, players must be able to submit the required documents for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Failure to provide those documents may result in the withdrawal being placed on hold.

2.3 Account Security Responsibilities

Players must keep their account login details (username and password) confidential. Players are fully responsible for all financial transactions carried out on their account. If you become aware of any unauthorised access, notify bangan7's support team immediately.

3.1 Minimum Age Requirement

bangan7 takes child protection seriously. Players must ensure that unauthorised persons cannot access their device, and are encouraged to install parental control software.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

Deposit methods available on bangan7 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks.

Transactions are recorded in Myanmar Time (MMT, UTC+6:30). Any fees charged by banks and payment service providers are the player's own responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals and Processing Time

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. After a withdrawal request is submitted, processing is normally completed within 10–45 minutes.

Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, and no funds will be sent to any third-party account.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

bangan7 strictly follows its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. If any suspicious transactions are detected, bangan7 may suspend the transaction and report it to the relevant authorities.

Players must only play with their own funds. bangan7 strongly prohibits playing with borrowed money, loans, or another person's funds.

5.1 Welcome Bonus Details

bangan7 offers a 100% welcome bonus on your first deposit — meaning you receive an amount equal to what you deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks.

You cannot withdraw until the bonus has met the 25x wagering requirement. The wagering requirement is calculated based on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not included.

5.2 Bonus Conditions

• The bonus is available once per person.
• The bonus applies to all deposits made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer.
• If you withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus and any winnings earned from the bonus will be forfeited.
• bangan7 may update the bonus program at any time, and changes will be announced on the platform.
• The bonus does not mean you must wager through it or withdraw through it — winnings earned from gameplay can be withdrawn without the bonus.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Prevention

If bonus abuse is detected — such as opening multiple accounts, using a VPN, or placing fixed betting patterns to obtain the bonus — bangan7 may cancel the bonus and close the account.

6.1 VIP Levels

bangan7's VIP program has 5 levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The more you play, the higher you can climb, and you can earn the following weekly cashback based on your VIP level:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

6.2 Cashback Payments

Cashback is paid in the form of bonus funds and may come with wagering requirements. Eligibility for cashback is determined by bangan7 based on the player's VIP level metrics. Cashback may change in line with regulations and compliance requirements, and may be adjusted without prior notice.

7.1 Fair Play

Games on bangan7 use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to produce results that are unpredictable and fair. Game outcomes are not altered by any subject-matter experts.

7.2 Technical Issues

If a server disconnection or technical error occurs during gameplay, bangan7 will review the game records and restore the game session. Any wins or funds resulting from a technical malfunction are not considered valid by bangan7, and only the wagered amount may be returned.

7.3 Non-Ownership of Digital Assets

If players notice any problem or fault in a game, they must immediately notify the bangan7 support team and stop using that fault. bangan7 cannot resolve issues that arise from knowingly exploiting a fault.

8.1 Anti-Collusion

bangan7 strictly prohibits players from coordinating with each other to manipulate game results for personal gain, or multiple players working together to abuse bonuses.

8.2 Bots and Automated Play

Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to play on your behalf is strictly prohibited. If detected, the account will be closed and the balance will not be returned.

bangan7 uses modern SSL encryption, firewall protection, and 24/7 monitoring to protect players' funds and personal data. These efforts cannot guarantee complete protection against every cyber attack — players must also take care of their own account security.

10.2 Player Responsibility

Players are considered solely responsible for any losses and financial decisions related to their use of the platform. bangan7 cannot cover a player's losses; it can only provide tools to support responsible play.

11.1 Termination by bangan7

bangan7 may suspend a player's account without prior notice in the following situations:

• When a breach of these terms and conditions is found
• When bonus abuse or fraudulent play is detected
• When there is suspicion of money laundering
• When false information has been submitted
• When the player themselves requests it

11.2 Termination by the Player

Players may contact the bangan7 support team at any time to request account closure. Please withdraw your balance before the account is closed — any remaining balance after closure will be handled according to the agreed terms.

12.1 No Guarantee of Service Availability

bangan7 cannot guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption 24 hours a day. bangan7 will not be liable for any losses caused by access interruptions due to server maintenance, network issues, or third-party services.

12.2 No Liability for Gaming Losses

bangan7 will not compensate players for gaming losses. Every action taken in a game is considered to be the player's own decision. Players must understand that losses can occur when playing.
